- What if I need service in my condo?
We are available 7 days a week and for after hours emergencies.
- What if I have trouble after your office is closed?
Our after house emergency on call service is always ready to handle emergencies such as leaks or floods. Information is provided on your welcome letter and in your condo’s compendium.
- How do I get into my condo?
Ali’i Resorts provides an Aloha Greeting at your condo. If you have a late night arrival, we will pre-inspect your condo and leave the lights on for you. An access code or key will be made available to you. We will check back with you the next day to ensure all is to your satisfaction.
- How do I reserve a condo?
- Is housekeeping provided?
Yes, Makena Surf Resort by Ali’i Resorts offers daily housekeeping for all regular reservations. Call our office at 808-879-6284 for details. Services are available for purchase for reservations that do not have daily service included.
- Are you located on island?
Yes! We have an on-site office at Makena Surf as well as our main headquarters located at 128 Kio Loop. Need information, concierge assistance or to extend your stay? Just call out office from 8 am to 8 pm at 808-879-6284.
- Where is the nearest snorkeling?
Right in front of the property. We like to call it our “front yard”.
